7 Day No-Hassle Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

30-Day Extended Return Policy (with a 25% Restocking Fee)

For those times when you may need a little more time to decide, we offer an extended 30-day return policy. However, please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to returns made under this policy. Items must still be postmarked within 30 days from the original delivery date and meet the "new and unused" condition criteria.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure you receive a full refund, please make sure that all returned items are in new and unused condition, with no marks or signs of use. We accept returns shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS. Please remember that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the actual original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for orders that originally received free or special rate shipping.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend shipping your return with insurance and using delivery confirmation/tracking to prevent any loss during transit. CHIC DÉCOR PILLOWS cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
