FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
1. We ship all items via United States Post Office First Class Mail 
2. Tracking is included on all domestic orders.
3. Buyers have the option to add insurance for $1.70.
4. We can not be held responsible for lost items.
5. Overnight Shipping is available. Please contact us for a shipping quote and pillow availability.
6.Lost/ Stolen / Undelivered packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/
1.We ship international orders First Class or Priority Flat Rate Mail via the Post Office.
2.Flat rate and first class mail are not eligible for insurance.
3.Buyer has the option to upgrade there order to regular priority mail if they wish to ensure their package. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
4.Delivery time varies by destination.
5.Your custom form number is not a tracking number. It's proof of shipment.
6.USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US.
7. We are not responsible for any customs charges once the packages arrive in your country.
